Our Ministries

General

Worship Service:

A time of singing and praise by the choir, soloist and the congregation in an open and comfortable environment. Timely Biblical sermons are given by the pastor and followed by a time of invitation.

Sunday School:

Several classes are offered to accommodate each person's individual needs. A no pressure environment is promoted while encouraging sharing with God and each other. This is an opportunity to learn God's Word and how to apply it to everyday life. Classes range from a well equipped Nursery to Adult classes.

Adult Choir:

A good mixture of old favorites with newer contemporary music. The choir is an active part of the Morning Worship Service and Revival Services. Christmas and Easter Cantatas are presented each year. There are many opportunities for solos. All are welcomed to join.

Adult Bible Study:

Here our desire is to make disciples through an in depth study of the Bible - God's Holy Word. This is accomplished with verse by verse study of entire books of the Bible. Various teachers are utilized to provide a broad spectrum of teaching styles and themes.

Prayer Group:

This group consists of men and women of all ages. Prayer time is held once per week with the goal of sharing, praising and thanking God through prayer. Here we make our requests known to God and express our great dependence on Him. God's command is to "pray without ceasing".

Men's Ministries

Brotherhood:

A mission opportunity for men of all ages. Meetings are held once per month. Here you will enjoy great food and fellowship among other men. A guest speaker gives a message at most meetings. This group leads many mission projects within the church and the community, giving all an opportunity to serve.

Royal Ambassadors - Boys ages 5 thru 12:

Young boys are taught how to share God's message around the world through stories, games and activities.

Women's Ministries

Women's Mission Union:

A mission minded group consisting of women of all ages. Our goal is to inform and inspire Christian Women to influence their world for Christ. We are focused on performing and supporting missions and missionaries with our time, talent, resources, and prayer.

Girls in Action - Girls ages 6 thru 12:

Girls in Action is a missions discipleship organization for girls in 1st thru 5th grades. At Girls in Action, girls learn about, pray for, give to, and do missions work. They also make new friends and have lots of fun.

Acteens - Girls ages 12 thru 18:

In Acteens young ladies learn about missions while having an opportunity to participate in them first hand. Many local missions are carried out by this group. This is a great opportunity for spiritual growth for school age girls.

Mission Friends - Preschool thru 1st Grade:

This church missions organization of WMU has the primary objective of providing a strong foundation for preschoolers in a Christian and Missions Lifestyle.

Youth Ministries

Youth - School and College Age:

At Youth Meetings there is prayer time, Bible study and fun games.

Youth Choir:

The youth choir is for all children up through college age with a desire to worship through singing. Praise and Worship music is the prominent musical theme, while also using traditional music as well. The Youth Choir is an active part of the Sunday night worship service.

Puppet Ministry:

Sharing the message of Christ through skits, songs, black light presentations with drama and interpretive movement.

Young Men's Bible Study:

Biblical teaching for young men ages 16 - 21.
